Evolution of mankind on earth has always been perceived on bases of scientific proof, where through logic people were forced to believe in what they saw with their eyes. To this day the human psyche is unknown to those who devote their lives to studies of that subject. Many philosophers are looking to find the key to the mysteries of the world not suspecting that they are directly linked to the human psyche. Referring to theories of ancient philosophers, everyone calls himself a student of the one who already gained recognition. By the same principal young scientists acknowledge and follow in footsteps of scientists who acquired fame. People are afraid to fathom what is happening on earth. As a result, they do not really know where there is good and where there is evil. There are occurrences that are impossible to explain or justify by healthy mentality. A person chooses to die in the name of faith. A good human being is held in contempt and laughed at by liars. Nations wage wars for centuries. Since the time of the Spanish Inquisition people were forced to kneel before madmen who took it upon themselves to play God. Only someone with a sick mind could view all people as the same and call Hitler and others like him "lost sheep."

What is most precious on earth? Our children. We want to protect them from misfortune and despair. We would like nothing better than to see them happy and healthy. The salvation of children depends on all of us together. Remember, if you comprehend the secrets of human feelings and psyche, your children's safety is insured. Today there is a chance to unravel the mysteries of human consciousness and see the world with different
eyes.

The Punishment

Truth is based on proof accepted by the mind. Mind can be easily deceived if eyes and ears are presented convincing information. That may force one to convict the innocent and discontinue the search for the evildoer. For an example: The District Attorney studied a case against a suspected man and concluded that another person committed the crime. However, the evidence presented in accordance with the law compelled him to arrest the suspect and put him on trial. As a result, the innocent went to jail and the criminal remained free. After the defendant received a life sentence, the District Attorney could not forgive himself and committed suicide.
Many perished from the blindness of justice in the course of human history, but no one has ever been able to solve this problem.

People are comforted by a thought that everyone on earth suffers and sins. Yet, to recognize yourself helpless in regard to that is shameful. The human consciousness is capable of solving the problem of suffering on the earth, if such a goal is set. In the course of technological progress, human mind always created solutions for the problems it was facing and gave life to new inventions. For an example: A big residential house by a new architectural design is being built. People see how comfortable and nice the house is and in the future build the same kind of houses for themselves. Still how does the architect see the house in his mind? What thoughts occur to him when a certain house appears in his imagination? It is very simple. He just makes it up. If it is comfortable, it is right. It happens this way with other things too. You make it up, it is comfortable, and so it is right.

It is a common belief that the purpose of a person's life is to leave a good memory after himself. But above all, a person puts suffering and the weight of a burden that he carried while alive. Constant watch over who suffers more and who suffers less has elevated suffering into a cult. Only those people who achieve the certain height of statue do not show their pain or distress for fear that their enemies might consider it a weakness and attack them. In all other cases the more an individual suffers, the more privilege to him, the more innocent was the one who suffered, the more honor to him. Many even ascribe to themselves suffering equal to the pain of crucified Jesus Christ. Twisting the truth, they believe that they have been treated as unjustly as Jesus. Now look at the crucifixion through my eyes. I see how convenient it is for people, because of their own suffering, to accept the crucifixion of Jesus who preached his god. There are many different versions about the life of Jesus Christ, which proves that no one can ratify what really happened. People who had fear of crucifixion rewrote Bibles. Fear is an extremely destructive force that also distorts the truth. Therefore, the information was half false - half true. If we are to talk about God, He could not send His son on a cross to install in people the fear of being crucified, for everyone knows that fear demolishes the psyche and is by definition the source of evil.

The version of Jesus Christ's crucifixion is easy to refute. All twelve disciples denied him, because another man was arrested and crucified in Jesus' place. Every disciple was later hunted down and executed to protect the secret. Jesus at that time was in India. Hence, the image of Christ restored from the shroud, that was supposedly his, belonged to another man. There were no video cameras in those times to substantiate the way he really looked.
History has to be based on facts, but it is usually based on interpretations of events. As a result, the suffering of the innocent is glorified. And if the innocent one suffered more than anyone else, all the honor and privileges go to him. But who causes all the suffering of the innocent? People do! Emotional pain - the pain of the soul - is the cruelest; it makes a person want to take revenge and destroy all in his pass. For an example: Victor found out from his parents that his aunt - his father's sister - is trying to put his father in jail. Enraged by the news, Victor went to his aunt's house. He found her in the garden planting a fruit tree and began to accuse her of malice. She became angry and started yelling at Victor that he was exactly like his father. At that point, he grabbed the shovel out of her hands and hit her. She fell. Victor realized that he became a murderer and scared he ran. He ran away from his hometown forever. A few years passed. The murder investigation remained open. Victor escaped going to prison, but the awareness of being a murderer became his curse. Many years later he found out that his aunt was right about his father, however, he could not change anything. Victor began to suffer from excruciating headaches. In hope to atone for his deed, he decided to become a clergyman. He worked day and night helping people. Nonetheless, the burden of guilt and headaches did not go away.

In order to live happily here on earth, it is imperative to show children how easy it is to become free from the evil by knowing the ultimate truth. Learn not to lie to yourself and everything will work. There will be no happiness for the descendants of those people who place the suffering above all. Children are not at fault that their parents do not know how to protect them from injustice and madness. The fault lies with those people who knowingly distribute half true-half false information to spread misfortune and murder.
People invent legends where they glorify their pain. People like legends about love, especially if they come from ancient times. In actuality, it is typical for people to make up legends at all times, often with the intention to conceal unreturned love from the one whose heart belongs to someone else. Such legends force the person to live in the internal prison hating himself for his feelings. For an example:

A young woman does not want a man she is in love with to know about her feelings for him, because he is engaged to someone else. She carefully hides her feelings under pretense that she loves another. She tells her friends how crazy she is about her false beloved and how she dreams about marrying him. Inventing and building with thoughts her love for that other man, she does not notice how everyone around her begins to believe in a non-existent love. The payoff is not far away. The young woman marries the man she does not love but tells everyone, including her husband, that she cannot live without him. Later people talked about the young woman who was madly in love with her husband but he, a scoundrel that he was, left her. The legend was passed on to the woman's grandchildren. They now admire their grandmother's love and condemn their grandfather as a man who took advantage of something very beautiful and then destroyed it. People invent legends not only about themselves but also about others that they idolize. Once born, a legend forces a person unwillingly to think thoughts distorted by falsehood and furthermore, spread them as the truth. When a person discovers a lie in an invented by someone legend, he becomes disappointed in life. Hatred, pain, and vengefulness toward the one who took advantage of his feelings lead the person down the path of deformed truth, which robs him of faith and makes the world seem unjust and cruel.

Life without fear is when a person does not hold anything against anyone and when there are no legends originated by the person himself. Only then an individual experiences no depression, feelings of injustice, violence, desire for vengeance, emptiness, and desolation. Otherwise, even talents received by people from God in art, music, teaching, etc. would live separately from them while they feel emotional torment, envy, hatred, and feelings of being tired of life. For an example: A popular singer sings so beautifully that he lightens up people's faces and brings smiles into their eyes. However, inside he suffers from depression, self-hatred, and isolation. As soon as a person admits that he can with his consciousness change his own inner world, he will be able to protect his children from those bad deeds that haunt a human being later in life blocking the path to happiness. One must not rationalize by saying: "You cannot change the world, you cannot change life." Do not give up on your consciousness, which is capable of making miracles inside everyone of you. Learn to build your life in such a way, that you can feel as a human being in the most decent and dignified sense of the word.

Religious people believe that the one who committed premeditated evil will be punished by God after death. By such views on life, they state that the justice will prevail. A criminal is sure that nothing exists after death and laughs at the believers. However, no one sees how every criminal on the face of the earth lives in hell inside himself. Every person with not clean conscience is haunted by nightmares and hallucinations where he is repeatedly exposed and punished. Existing in a state of constant conflict with himself, he does not feel any warmth or love within, only depression and desire to die. When he is told that he is loved, he hears cajolery; when he is told that he is hated, he hears - love. People punish themselves when they do evil. The hell they cornered themselves into is so horrific that they hope that death will give them release.

Transference of Thought

In order to write about thought I will refer to an example: A young man entered a library in hope to spend some time with interesting reading. One thought kept circling through his mind: "I hope there are not too many people there... I hope there are not too many people there... I hope ..." After he read his favorite book, he forgot about those thoughts. As soon as that happened, his thoughts were passed on to another person. A woman walked into the library with the thoughts of the young man: "I hope there are not too many people there... I hope there are ..." A repetitious thought is passed on to other people for as long as the library remains there. Another example of thought transference: A husband speaks sweet endearments to his wife but thinks badly about her. His thoughts: "What a cow! Fat cow! Keep gorging on all the food and you won't fit in any of your closing." The husband leaves for work and forgets his thoughts. The thoughts get passed over to a young man who is now afraid to marry a fat girl. He is playing pool and thinking the same thing non-stop: "If I have a fat wife, people will say, your wife is a cow! Fat cow! She keeps gorging on all the food and she won't fit in any of her closing."

People are accustomed to thinking that their thoughts affect only them and therefore are no one's concern. Such deep misconception led to everybody hiding thoughts and believing only in external reality where it is possible to hide true intentions. In actuality everything is very uncomplicated. No one believes it is decent to hide a deception, sometimes even parties involved. For an example: A young woman dates a married man who wants to leave his family. Her thoughts are: "His wife probably doesn't know that he is lying to her... and does not know about me." The phone rings and the young woman forgets her thoughts. Some time goes by and she hears her neighbors fighting: "You did not tell me that he was married! His wife probably doesn't know that he is lying to her... and does not know about me!"
Thoughts are transferred from one person to the next, but people do not notice. There are different types of thought. There are creative thoughts that help scientists involved with the same project. For an example: Scientists are testing a virus. One of them has a thought: "Maybe a new virus should be injected into the host?" At the same time another scientist at another location hears this very thought in his mind and speaks out loud: "No, not into the host, it may trigger a chain reaction and completely destroy the organism." In such a case thoughts were manifested externally - by being spoken out loud -and disappeared.

Everyone knows that criticizing others could be dangerous, because that is a sure way to make enemies who will conceal their thoughts and feelings in preparation for future revenge. An individual knows a lot about himself, both good and bad. However, no one wants to hear about his bad sides. In order for no one to be able to criticize a person as bad or wrong, the person has to learn to control his thoughts in regard to others. If a person does not judge anyone in his thoughts, no one will be telling him about his bad qualities. It is enough to say to yourself: "Judging others is taboo for me. I manifest!"

Imagine that all thoughts transferred to you had vanished. You are left with only your own thoughts, which are creative. Life will become very interesting; you will learn so many wondrous things. But for now the rubbish of all that hidden criticism against others blocks the way. Talent lives separately from the person who has it, in other words, the artist's talent inspires joy and laughter while the artist is depressed and sick. People have always said spiteful things about talented personalities who had a habit of judging others. Do not judge even mentally and you will not be judged. Make this conviction yours and you will have freedom equal to none.

People who pursue spiritual growth pay a lot of attention to thoughts, unaware of what feelings they originate from. Thoughts by themselves do not occur. They are always built from feelings. For an example: After many days of rain the river started rising. People saw danger and their thoughts were built from fear of the flood. Fortunately, the threat passed but thoughts would necessarily be manifested in the future in accordance with the laws of the human psyche. In other words, forgotten thoughts that originated from the fear of the flood might manifest for a person in the near future by the flooding of the house or another undesirable event pertaining to water. Since fear is a destructive feeling, all thoughts born to it must manifest for a person in some form of destruction externally as certainly as - under normal and healthy conditions - a child must be born to a pregnant woman.

Feeling of not being Free

Every person has a feeling of fear that forces him to observe commonly accepted laws. Breaking these laws might lead to criminal or civil prosecution. Far from everyone knows that the inner fear builds thoughts for destruction of human organism as a whole. The feeling of fear by definition means no freedom. Therefore, a person breaking standard laws ties himself to thoughts that he will never rid himself of this fear, because something that happened could always be used against him. Unlike the feeling of love where there is freedom, fear has a framework containing the major rules for life: one may - one must not. These rules bred a future feeling of no freedom inside a person. After a person violates a rule thinking: "I must not but I will..." he is forced to fear the public opinion for what he has done and try to find a way not to be found out. Since early childhood a person is subjected to such temptation. Parents often do not act the way they teach their child. As a result the child forms an impression that adults may do anything. Dreaming about freedom, the child, especially as a teenager, awaits his coming of age in order to do what was forbidden. The teenager behaves badly wishing to imitate adults or his older friends who have authority among their peers. Yet even at the age of 21 a person does not reach the desired freedom, because he sees the world as distorted, unattainable, and cruel.

Every individual committing a bad deed has his insides squeezed by fear of being exposed. He buries that fear deeply within insisting that it does not exist. Yet that is how a person becomes imprisoned inside. Many people seeking to break free from this fear try to find solace in God and going to temples. The solace comes but fear inside remains. It is impossible to get rid of fear and free one's soul without the knowledge from the Universal Consciousness. It is possible to talk about God believing that He forgives a person for his sins. It is possible to learn patience in the face of adversity. But how to forgive yourself? Here is the feeling of not being free. A human being knows how to justify his deeds, nonetheless cannot forgive himself for them. He must constantly hide his fear from the eyes of those who could find him out. Imprisoned within, the person blames himself with words: "If only the past could be changed..."
A person who is not free inside recognizes his dependency from the laws of society. Still it is the result of the fear that the person created at the young age. The person builds his life founded on that fear even though he forgot what happened in his childhood. Crimes and misfortunes come from that fear. Although their appearance seems unrelated to a person's past, the fear is the magnet that attracts devastation. That fear by definition is the prison, which depth conceals all the innermost secrets that rob a person of living and breathing freely.

HOW TO BECOME FREE OF FEAR FOR THE PAST

In order to get rid of that fear, you need to mentally separate yourself into two different people - one good, one evil. Do it with your eyes closed imagining realistically how you kick the evil person out of your inner world with the words: "Get out of my feelings!" Feel it as if you really threw your evil twin out and shot the door behind him. Afterward imagine that the stream of soft yellow divine energy enters you filling your soul with love and peace.

Hatred and Pity

HATRED and PITY are yet another variety of fear, which are like two sides of the same coin. These feelings come from experiencing powerlessness and dependency from different authorities, such as parents, teachers, bullies, bosses etc.
When a person is told that sooner or later he will be killed by the evil, his feelings rebel.
However, the fear of the evil remains in the person. Hearing of other people's torment causes a person to feel emptiness and hatred and stimulates self-pity and pity for all the others who suffered even more.
How does hatred affect a person? A person feels like he is choking, because he can't say anything at the moment when his feelings are being hurt. He experiences pain in his stomach, headaches, backaches, he eats into his soul through hatred toward the one who offended him and pity for himself.

An example of hatred: A mother came home from work early and found her 10-year-old son at home cutting school. The child out of fear blamed his friends for talking him into it. Upset by his act and refusal to take responsibility for it, she said: "That's it. I was planning to buy you a dog - here is the money I saved - but you are not getting it now." The son horrified by losing his dream hated his mother and pitied himself.
People often hate when discover that they are not free to do what they want or be the way they want. It is explained by the origin of hate. Hate comes from the ancestors who were slaves. Self-pity causes depression in a person, hatred leads to aggression and headaches.
Hatred, especially when is hidden from others, commonly causes stomach and intestinal ulcers, inflammation of gall bladder, and indigestion. For an example: a mother strongly disapproves of her daughter's husband, but does not want to interfere with her daughter's life. Trying to conceal how much she despises him, she still can't control the feeling. Soon she develops frequent indigestion and heartburn.

Hatred builds thoughts to exterminate love. Hatred is a component of all sick feelings born of fear. It especially pertains to people with narcissistic mental disorder. Out of fear to lose their individuality, such people admire themselves and hate everybody who demonstrates to them their dependence on other people's opinion of them. People - narcissuses try to protect themselves by believing that they are exceptionally talented and unique and imposing their sense of superiority on others. In awe of themselves, they hate everyone who disregards their beauty and in any way defies them. Acknowledging exclusively themselves as an authority, the narcissuses, as a rule, patronize others and consider themselves to be of blue blood. When offended, they seek comfort in their own convictions and always see themselves as right. Self-pity torments narcissuses making them feel helpless and powerless when others disregard them. They are very vain and vulnerable. When others say "no" to them, they become vengeful and crafty but never doubt their own actions. In their views money and power are the only means for recognition in society. The desire to break free and not feel enslaved by those who do not acknowledge them, leads the narcissuses to commit any crimes to acquire money and power. Usually these people make money in such a low way that absolutely does not correspond with their reputation.

For an example: A single man Richard worked as a clerk in an office. In love with his own unsurpassable beauty, he decided to punish his friend Bob for not recognizing Richard's superiority. Bob was a respected man well known among religious people for his charity work. Richard made a plan to become rich at the expense of churchgoers. He made himself forged documents, bought a cassock, and began to travel. Visiting different churches, he collected from worshippers money for the construction of a "new temple for God". Unsuspected by everyone, Richard inwardly laughed at Bob and adored himself. Money collected in that way he converted into precious jewelry and hid at a cemetery where his family members were buried. Admiring his own genius, Richard faked tender emotions listening to Bob speak on a subject of compassion for the needy. Eventually, Richard accomplished his goal and became wealthier than Bob. Yet he hated Bob even more, because he could not openly spend his money.

Hatred forces a person to seek power over others in order to punish his offenders. The trump card of human power is money. Believing that money means freedom and pursuing a fortune, a person has no time to sort out his feelings. As soon as a person becomes free of sick feelings of fear, miracles begin to happen in his life. Desire to do creative work for the soul awakens and brings great joy.

HOW TO FREE YOURSELF FROM THE DESIRE TO HATE

Read these instructions then follow them with your eyes closed. Mentally go back in time to the first instance when you hated someone and felt pity for yourself. The moment you recall it, imagine a yellow ray and cut the whole episode out of your life, like a piece of a videotape, then dissolve it with yellow energy. Fill yourself with loving yellow energy. Proceed to the next incident of hatred and pity in your past and continue until those feelings are gone. After you cleanse your past from the hatred, apply this exercise in the course of your life when needed.

Desires

The complexity of human mind includes desires, which originate either from good or evil. The desires originated from evil could be of two kinds: those that come from pain and those that come from death.

1. Desires that come from pain

Such desires are often mistaken for those that originate from good. It is no secret that desires rule people. If a desire is coming from pain and demands to punish those who did not defend the person from violence, then that desire is also coming from evil. It is impossible to have compassion for the one who out of pain wants reprisals not only for the offenders but relatives as well. When such desires are realized, still no happiness comes to the one who out of pain wishes for revenge. For an example: A husband left his wife for another woman. The abandoned wife desired revenge; she wanted him to experience the same pain she did. She kept telling people, though, that she no longer cared. Yet, still enraged with her husband's lover, she visited people skilled in magic with the intent to cause her rival's death. Suddenly her wish came true, but her husband did not come back to her, instead he found himself yet another woman. When the wife learned about it, she forgave the dead woman with words: "I could not accept my husband leaving me for you, but I was not the one killing you; they who knew magic did it."

2. Desires that come from death

Desires that come from death force a healthy full-fledged person to reject life. For an example: A man announced bankruptcy. He lost the wealth he was accustomed to since childhood: money, houses, businesses, cars, etc. He wished to die, more so, he regretted being born. Sometimes disappointment in an idea may cause a person wish to die too.

DESIRES THAT COME FROM GOOD

Such desires are typical for people who in their own eyes see themselves as good. They are driven by a desire to do good without an ulterior motive. For an example: A young woman cannot tolerate when children suffer. She desires to help the unfortunate children. The woman spares no effort to improve their lives. Her diligence, connections, and money finally succeeded - new schools and hospitals for poor children are being built.

Fear

Fear is a multifaceted feeling that has an ability to give birth to thoughts. Growing spiritually, every person wants to understand how the world works and hopes to find answers for negative events that take place in nature and in a person's life. It is common knowledge that good lies at the base of all human evolution. Good is globally accepted as the right way. Depending on inherited traits, people are born with good or bad inclinations. The good is needed for life to blossom on the earth. A person growing up in the environment of strong good or evil may change from bad to good and vice versa. There is a world inside every person that is as real as the one outside. Hating life, wishing for death due to suffering has become for people an everyday occurrence. Desire to make a lot of money in order not to feel like a slave, threw the world into madness where theft, murder, revenge, and deception rule. Cursing life at the same time insisting that it is beautiful, experiencing an orgasm from risking life and ending it tragically, all of it is proof of the mind gone insane and incapable of making life safe for the children. The universe exists outside and inside of you. For example, you can speak out loud or mentally. Both ways are equally real for you. You see colors with your external eyes, but with the help of some knowledge you can see colors with your eyes closed. For an example, look at a glowing light bulb for 7 seconds without blinking, and then close your eyes. You will see different changing colors.

The Universal Consciousness is the primary life-giving source in all of Creation. Every life form in existence belongs to it. The primary source of human life recognized by people - according to the Darwin's theory - is an Ape, which represents a primitive and base observation. Similarly to the rest of the Animal Kingdom, Ape has neither consciousness nor intellect; therefore it is incapable of creating the perfection accomplished in technological progress. Since the Universal Consciousness has granted a human being creative consciousness, his evolution accomplished spiritual and technological progress. It is imperative to understand that due to erroneous understanding of himself, a person became involved with creativity in fear, which is capable of destroying life. In other words, due to fear human consciousness lives and creates self-destruction on the inside - through diseases - and on the outside - through weapons. Good and evil is taught to people equally in the course of their upbringing through the desire for revenge.

In order to free yourself of desire for revenge, it is enough to say: "I am a human being and can live without vengeance." Only then your children will not be threatened by wars. War is a form of a crime that came form ancestors. Every person must know that the Universal Consciousness is the creator of living feelings that may manifest either as life or as death. No one has the right to threaten a person's life if the person did not commit any crimes. However, wars waged for centuries have been justifying the murders of innocent. If a person wishes to get rid of multifaceted inner fear, he will renounce his convictions applying the knowledge from the Universal Consciousness. Then his desire to make war will disappear. As a result a person will not be getting sick emotionally or physically and his life will seem heavenly.
The multifaceted inner fear consists of such feelings as revenge, pain, hatred, envy, jealousy, and guilt.

Envy

Envy as a feeling has another side to it, base deceit. Both were born by the desire to have what does not belong to you. A person tries very carefully to hide his envy from other people, which is why he succumbs to baseness and uses slander to acquire what he wishes for. A woman envies her girlfriend for having a husband, a man envies his friend for getting a promotion, even very rich people are subjected to envy not of material things but feelings, such as freedom and love and happiness. There is an expression "sick with envy". Whenever a person sees that another person has something better, something that he cannot have, he experiences envy. For an example: two sisters live on different economic levels. The oldest has a successful business and an expensive house. The youngest has not a big salary and a modest apartment. Out of envy the younger sister used trickery and seduced her sister's husband. In order not to be discovered in that base deed, she slandered here brother in law to her sister trying to cause their break up.

It is often that a person envies love and does everything to destroy it. To achieve his goal and to avoid any suspicions, he acts as though he recognizes and admires that love. For an example: Susan, a married woman, envied the love of Jane and Alex - husband and wife she often met at parties. Susan would not have noticed them if it were not for her girlfriend who called them "love birds". It made her sick to see how warmly Alex treated Jane and that they looked at each other as if no one else was in the room. She could feel how good and easy life was for them. Susan did not want to accept that such things could be happening and told herself that her husband was wealthier and more solid. In order for no one to notice how miserable Jane and Alex made her, she pretended to take them under her wing. After inventing a plan to break Jane and Alex up, she weaved an intrigue about their mutual acquaintance a widow who supposedly out of envy tries to cause a break up between Jane and Alex. Susan turned everyone against the widow also by secretly spreading rumors about the widow's affair with Alex. However, she still could not cause the couple's break up and because of that Susan eventually became seriously ill.

Since envy and base deceit have the same root, the distortion of reality occurs and affects the person who is envious. That could lead to physical diseases as well as mental.
Envy torments a person so much that he is ready to commit murder in order to get rid of this feeling. For an example: In a motion picture "Gladiator" young Caesar envied a gladiator - a slave- for the love and recognition of common people. To rid himself of torturous envy, the Caesar came to the gladiator's cell and mortally wounded him. A few minutes later the Caesar stepped out into the ring to do battle with the dying gladiator, making it appear to people that theirs was a fair fight.

Many believe that they have no envy at all, because they believe that it is others who always envy them. People look for faults in those who they envy, find those faults, and believe themselves to be right. A low mean feeling, envy, awakens a desire to see meanness in others. Envy for love and recognition is so painful that a person might deny having such a feeling to himself. For an example: A happily married woman whose husband adored her had a quarrel with him before he left on a business trip. Her girlfriend learned about it and spread rumors around town that the couple has separated and the husband moved to another state. The married woman became angry and accused the girlfriend of envy. The girlfriend got upset and said that she was not envious. However the married woman did speak the truth and it was envy. Her girlfriend did not know that. Sometimes a person thinks that her problems in life come from other people envying her. Such opinion is erroneous for it originates from her own envy.
Envy is a vice; it feeds on a person from within, forcing the person to believe herself to be ill-suited to live. Consequently, the person becomes sick with arthritis, gastritis, etc.

HOW TO GET RID OF ENVY

Read this exercise then do it with your eyes closed.
Mentally go back to the time when you consciously felt envy and became mean and deceitful in order to hide it. Imagine that at the time there were two people inside of you, one - envious and deceptive, another - sensitive and gentle. Throw the envious self out with the words: "Get out of my feelings! You are not my life, not my destiny, not my soul! Get out! Out!" Do it with feeling like a good actor, you have to be believable. You have to feel that an energetic person - envious and deceitful - is coming out of your mouth. Rest for a few minutes and repeat the exercise 3-4 times taking a few minutes break in between. Later apply the same instructions to other instances when you experienced envy.

Guilt

Guilt, the other side of this feeling is accusation. A person from time to time experiences feelings of guilt and pays for them in different ways. In actuality only an individual who inadvertently becomes a cause of something bad, feels guilty and suffers. For an example: A misfortune happened in a family. An uncle was pouring boiling water into a cup and accidentally spilled it on his 5-year-old niece's hand. The terrible burn and agony of the little girl caused her uncle immeasurable torment. He felt guilty and could not forgive himself. The girl's parents accused him of being negligent and said that they will never trust him with their child again. The uncle knew that they were right and punished himself even more. The corroding guilt in his chest eventually manifested itself as a serious illness, despite the little girl's complete recovery.

Despite everything, guilt is the only proper feeling that could motivate and lead to the right conclusion. You must not justify revenge or envy but you may justify guilt. Very often people accuse one another due to a misunderstanding and then feel guilty for it. Unfortunately, the guilt of the offender does not take away the resentment of the offended. Hurt caused in childhood may lead to improperly formed convictions in an adult. As a consequence he might take the blame for somebody else's bad deed, even sacrifice his life and not understand what made him do so. For an example: 10 year-old Michael comes home with a report card full of bad grades. His parents yell at him, humiliate him, and later find out that Michael was innocent. Another student with the same last name received those bad grades and the school administration made a mistake. Deep hurt for his parents' unjust accusation crept into the boy's feelings. 20 years later Michael was visiting a friend when police came with a search warrant. Counterfeit money was found in the friend's house. Demonstrating his loyalty, Michael said that the money belonged to him, though it was not true. Michael was facing criminal charges.

RULE FOR EVERYONE:

NEVER ACCEPT BLAME FOR ANOTHER PERSON! LEARN NOT TO GIVE IN TO SUCH TEMPTATION!

In order to get rid of inherited from ancestors fear, you have to accept guilt for all your bad deeds. In other words, you are to put yourself on trial in the following fashion. Inside of you there are two people: one is kind, strong, and courageous, another evil and week has a desire to look like a hero. Mentally vomit the evil self out with the words: "Get out of my feelings forever!" In order to do this exercise right, visualize a holographic image of someone evil before you and vomit your evil self on that person. When you finish, mentally burn away the holographic image with everything that you vomited on it and fill yourself up with soft yellow energy of love. Do this exercise very realistically so that when it is completed you experience liberation and lightness inside.

A person does not like to look for his own guilt; he is satisfied to think that others are guilty. People live by the principle 'Time is money' and do not realize that this way they rob themselves. It is imperative that they stop and examine their feelings. Take notice of how easy it is to hurt another person's feelings and how hard it is to apologize for it. In biblical times people who knew and loved Jesus Christ swore that they were not guilty of crimes committed by others against him. However their innocence did not make fear disappear and life become sweeter. It is easy to laugh at yourself and others, listening to satire and comedy, yet feelings of heaviness and depression do not vanish from laughter. Even if the entire humanity is displayed as laughable, the emptiness and senselessness lay as heavy burden on mankind throughout time. Everyone must know that true threat to human life comes from any feeling of fear whether it is hatred, vengeance, jealousy, resentment, or envy. That fear builds up on the inside like a bomb and it is very important to know how to get the better of it. Under any circumstances if fettered by fear, a person has to gather his courage and look himself in the eye. After that he has to separate himself from the hatred caused by his own helplessness as well as all of the fear that squeezes him inside then throw this entire baggage out of his feelings. The process: With the eyes closed he says to himself: "Calm down." Mentally inside he separates himself into two people, one is terrorized by fear, another is confident and firm in his convictions. The confident person throws the terrorized one out with words: "Get out of my feelings!"

Out of fear of evil people seek to justify executioners. Many spiritual people tried to justify even Adolph Hitler, calling him "a lost soul" who does not realize what he is doing. Such ignorant perception of evil proves that people know nothing about their own feelings, because that particular "lost soul" in order to seize the world, destroyed millions of the innocent proving that evil is stronger. One must not believe the words of anyone who promises everything to one nation while destroying another nation. One must not believe naïve people who believe that respected people cannot be evil. Evil has destructive power of unimaginable proportions and it is impossible to fight if you know nothing about feelings.

Unfortunately, not everyone is aware of the fact that the one who purposely harms another never feels guilt. For an example: Rita and Jane were best friends and worked in the same field. Both were married. Rita had problems in her marriage and for hours cried and complained about it to Jane. When Rita's husband left her, Jane comforted and supported Rita. Fortunately five years later Rita met a man and got married. Rita's new life with her husband gradually distanced her friendship with Jane. They rarely saw each other anymore. Rita constantly felt guilty that she spent so much time with her beloved husband. Jane always demonstrated to Rita her hurt and jealousy on the subject. Later Rita found out that her first husband left her because of Jane with whom he had an affair.
Take notice, Jane did not feel guilty toward Rita for ruining her family, because she believed that Rita would never find out about it.

Only people who have conscience experience feelings of guilt. Conscience prevents crimes and makes a person a human being. As a rule, a person feels guilty when he honestly believes himself to be a cause of misfortune. For an example: An 11-year-old boy played outside and forgot to come home on time. His mother started to worry and went looking for him. Upset, she crossed the street and was hit by a car. The mother ended up in a hospital. The boy found out about it and accept the accident as his fault.
Due to the inner fear people form an illusion that they are always able to control their actions. Therefore, if a situation overpowered the person and as a result against his will something bad happened, he feels guilty. That is to say, the boy in an example above did not deserve to suffer from guilt, because he just got carried away playing.

You can become free from this particular feeling of guilt with the help of this exercise. Read it and follow with your eyes closed: Mentally go back to the time when you felt guilty. Change events so that the end would be a happy one. Now realize that guilt is blocking love within you. Mentally take out guilt from your chest; it looks like a huge grey-black rock. Fill yourself with soft yellow energy of love.
Everyone has to know that the feeling of guilt by its accusation stands in the way of seeing people who vindictively and intentionally cause pain. The person who believes himself guilty is usually so preoccupied with self-inflicted punishment that takes no notice of the one who does evil purposely and goes unpunished.

Revenge

Revenge is a feeling of fear that is caused by hatred and insult (emotional pain). Revenge is one of the basic sources of evil; it provokes murder on external and internal levels. Revenge gives birth to desires of a sadistic orgasm, as it happens in vendetta between families, vendetta between quarreling lovers, vendetta between people of different religious beliefs, vendetta between classes etc.
A person experiences the need for revenge when he feels degraded, humiliated, or treated unjustly. Revenge as a feeling has a unique quality to pass from one person to another; especially it is a common phenomenon within one family. For an example: A girl of 17 years old was raped and beaten by her older brother. She swore to kill him at any cost. He went into the military and when he returned, the sister was married and they became very close. The brother in time also married, they raised their families near each other, helped each other in crisis, shared all family holidays. She made her brother out as an ideal man to her husband and children. And then one day when she and her family were supposed to leave her native town forever at a good-buy party, she poisoned her brother. After the funeral, the mourning sister and her by now grown children left the country. Away from the place where she could possibly be prosecuted, safe from any suspicions, she lived knowing that she was a criminal. She was haunted by nightmares by night and hallucinations by day. A few years later she accidentally discovered that her son was planning to kill his sister for money.

Revenge robs a person of happiness, amputates feelings, and via hallucinations may cause a person to lose his mind. Revenge must never be justified for it destroys a person and the person's descendants. Revenge is the source and product of evil and violence. Feelings of revenge contain the program of murder. For an example: Two men were fighting. Revenge forced both of them to step over all boundaries. Attacking and defending, they finally pulled out knives. One fell down dead. The other scared out of his mind on his knees begged for forgiveness swearing that he was just defending himself and things got out of hand... The wife of a dead man would not listen, she could think of only one thing: "I must avenge him!" She endowed her son with her revulsion for the other man's family, insisting that the son must make them suffer. The son grew up and began to kill not only the relatives of their enemy but other people who crossed his pass. Horrified the mother cried: "I did not raise you to be a murderer, you were supposed only to avenge your father!"
Another example: bandits attacked a household killing the young son, raping the wife and forcing the husband to watch. Fear that grabbed the husband's throat entered him and demolished him inside entirely. The wife became insane and had to be institutionalized. The husband tracked a small son of one of the bandits and beat him to death.

Feelings of revenge developed as a result of horrific crimes committed on the outside. Fear that exists inside every person can adapt when revenge awakens, making a person feel fearless for a period of time. If the fear within becomes changed for feelings of love coming from the Universal Consciousness, revenge that attracts bandits and killers disappears. In other words, created energetic field based on love from the Universal Consciousness, becomes your defense against fear whose root is revenge.

HOW TO BREAK FREE FROM REVENGE?

Read the instructions then follow them with your eyes closed. Before you begin say to yourself: "I allow a thought that I will feel everything as a reality."
Mentally go back into your past, where you were treated badly. Imagine suctioning yourself with a vacuum cleaner out of the situation before you were to be in harm's way. For example: A man feels deep hurt and anger at his mother, because his stepfather used to beat him in childhood. Thirst for vengeance flooded his soul and poorly affected his own family life. In order to free himself of vengeance he needs to close his eyes and mentally go back to childhood minutes before his first beating by the stepfather. Once there he is to suction his little self out with vacuum and dissolve the terrified little boy's image with pale yellow energy. Further, he is to proceed and change the events of the past like through a time machine, imagining that his mother married a very good man who loved children. All of the events that were made right must be lived through, experienced as so real in his mind that he himself would believe it.
You can do this exercise with different instances where you experienced revenge or thirst for revenge.

Jealousy

Jealousy is the most destructive feeling of all. Jealousy encompasses in itself all vices and defects of the ancestors: doubts, suspicions, distrust, believing in betrayal, inflamed vulnerability, and loneliness. It is the only feeling impossible to satisfy. A person consumed by jealousy is insatiable in his desire to be right and no one can force him to stop from his jealous feat. People would never admit that inside they are gnawed by fear to lose what they hold dear. That is why they suspect, blame, persecute, and sometimes murder the object of jealousy. Torturing himself, the one who is jealous demands to be right. However, the inflamed vulnerability does not allow him to carry into effect his hallucinations.
For an example: A person wants to do evil to a man he knows. He whispers into the man’s ear: “Yesterday I saw your wife in the park with a young man, they were getting cozy having a conversation.” Now the man infected with this talk begins a mental search through his memory to give a face to the unknown young man, then he starts to think that his wife did not look at him right, did not kiss him right, did not cook for him right… etc.
A person in the claws of jealousy loves to wear a mask of normality, deceiving himself that his only goal is to find out the truth. Jealousy dissipates as a result of communication but not for long. Peace lasts only for an approximate duration of a painkiller. Then it emerges again and again and for different reasons. Jealousy awakens inside a person for with one purpose only to prove that there is no human being there, only a worm. Afterward jealousy commands and often leads to murder. Evil people often use jealousy as a weapon for a personal gain utilizing slander and blackmail in a process. For example: “Othello” by Shakespeare.

Imagine on a global level a huge ball of energy that is made of jealousy. This ball builds thoughts, what are they like? They consist of suicide! Many people justify jealousy as something similar to love. But jealousy is not love; it is the desire to kill the person who makes the one tortured by jealousy feel like a worm. Great danger to an individual who suffers from jealousy comes from people with acute obsessive disorder of the psyche. As a rule such people are either of noble birth and privileged upbringing, or have power, influence, and money. They cannot live without infamy and scandal. Their lives are dedicated to treachery, scorn, and malice directed at their neighbor with intent to make his life unbearable and drive him to murder or suicide. They conspire against a person, set up traps and ignite the fire of jealousy to astronomical proportions. Such people are capable of destroying the world, because inside they feel as deformed ugly creatures and for that they endlessly hate themselves. They never really have any interest in anyone; their only desire is to learn more in order to ruin other people. Individuals with acutely obsessed psyche shamelessly lie to their victim purposely provoking her outrage to turn everything around and proclaim that only a mad person would dare think of them, such respectable, people badly. For an example: Henry was a wealthy and influential man. He had a large circle of friends and acquaintances, was known to help - lend money to someone in need or vouch for him. Henry had a secret no one knew about. He considered himself to be a great life-movie director and producer. He entertained himself by restructuring and rearranging people’s lives as he pleased, rewriting their scripts for themselves with his own. Once his choice fell upon a young girl who brought him coffee when he visited a resort. The girl was always preoccupied and tried never to look at Henry when he flirted with her. That angered Henry and he decided to teach her a lesson. He hired a private detective to follow the girl, find out about her personal life and scorned lovers or rejected admirers. Unaware of any trouble, the girl continued to bring him coffee in the morning. One day Henry attempted to take the girl by force. Frightened she screamed and spilled coffee at him; Henry jumped away from the girl and began to apologize profusely. He swore that her beauty made him lose control, he never meant to frighten her, he was more like a concerned father figure, etc. Eloquent sophisticated Henry made the girl believe him. They parted on good terms. Henry took a gun, a big sum of money in cash and went to the private detective. The order was to murder the girl but make it look as if one of her scorned former boyfriends did it.

Another example: A wealthy childless woman by the name Sola was a guardian of her two nephews. When both young men came back home from college, they began to notice that their aunt was not sincere with them. Sola observed the change in the young men and hired a gang of hoodlums to kidnap the boys and make a big ransom demand. She choreographed everything to the finest details. After two days of torture in a dark dirty basement, the boys were released, because Sola” risking” her life personally brought the required sum of money to criminals for her nephews’ freedom.
Money and social standing of such people hold great attraction to others. The likes of Sola and Henry do not have their own selves capable of creating goodness and happiness; instead they must always deter attention away from themselves to situations invented by them via lies, gossip, and intrigues in order for no one to know what they are really like. They are only capable of seeing that others have love and happiness. Their purpose is to ruin the lives of others and make sure that they are never suspected; they accomplish it usually through jealousy that they ignite between brothers, husband and wife, parents and children. These people must never be believed, because they are hopelessly sick and obsessed with the desire to turn everyone into creatures like them. A person can make a mistake of believing such people only once in a lifetime and if he survives at all, he is likely to be crippled forever.

Jealousy makes a person pathetic and sick. It causes unimaginable suffering, because it is an evil force that demolishes human dignity. In order to free yourself from such deformity as being jealous, you must recognize yourself as a full-fledged human being, then the pain that allows jealousy to creep in will disappear. A person must never compare himself with an animal. In an animal jealousy is an instinct of self-preservation. In a person jealousy is a weapon of self-destruction.

HOW TO BECOME FREE OF JEALOUSY

Follow this exercise with your eyes closed. Mentally go back into the past where you were an object of somebody's jealousy and cut these episodes out of your life, as you would do with videotape. Then recall all the instances when you experienced jealousy openly or covertly. Gather all that negative energy and like a magician transform it into a double of your own self. As if mentally you are divided into: a good person (kind and loving) and a bad one (jealous and vulnerable). Imagine a hologram with your own face standing before you. Mentally force the bad person out and right onto this hologram with the following words: Get out of my feelings! You are not my soul! Using your imagination, picture how that bad person is coming out of your mouth right onto the hologram that is standing before you. You will feel relief as soon as he is out of your mouth completely. Then mentally burn everything along with the hologram.

Pain

Everyone on earth has experienced pain, both physical and emotional. Physical pain signals destruction of cells in our bodies. However, once physical pain has stopped, a person forgets about it. Emotional pain is never forgotten; it remains and can be reactivated at any time.
Why are people vulnerable to the emotional pain? The answers lie in the human subconscious that encompasses the past of the ancestors. Fear forces people to suffer pain. People strive to excel in a career so that they have money and stature to protect themselves from humiliation and pain. Often such people are blamed for having a big Ego. Ego is emotional pain inherited from the ancestors and existing in every person. For an example: a ten-ear-old boy who could not defend himself was bullied in school. He was beaten, humiliated, forced to take blame for bad things that others did and get in trouble with teachers and parents, etc. Due to the pain he endured he wished more than anything to become strong and make his tormentors suffer. Time passed; the boy grew up and enlisted into the army. His diligence and desire to make a military career paid off and he became a sergeant. He took pleasure in tormenting young soldiers, because the pain suffered in childhood demanded that he torture others.

HOW TO GET RID OF EMOTIONAL PAIN?

Read these instructions and then follow them with your eyes closed:
Mentally go back into your childhood to the time when you were bullied. Cut out the piece of your life where you were beaten and humiliated, the way you would do it with videotape. Then in your imagination alter the events so realistically that you yourself would believe them: you went to a different school, where life was interesting and good, no bullies but other kids just like you.
This exercise can be applied to any situation where there was emotional pain.

The Psyche

Human desire to understand the world awoke in man interest in everything that surrounded him. Recognizing himself as a creation of nature, not God, man called himself the master of the earth. The science that studies the human psyche was founded on that. Man saw the superiority of his mind over the plant and animal kingdoms, but that power did not bring him happiness.
Scientists have always been fascinated by how the human brain works and what could be done to control it. For many thousands of years people committed evil and unlawful acts destroying other people's psyche through rituals, conjurations, magic, witchcraft, etc. Such practices caused serious deviations in the human brain stimulating hallucinations and forcing victims to believe in ghosts, flying saucers, and many more visions of non-existing occurrences. What is the human brain? Why are scientists so fascinated in the psyche? What stands behind its definition from the dictionary "psyche - the mind functioning as the center of thought, emotion, and behavior"?

Every person believes that he can with impunity do whatever he wants with himself even commit suicide. Withstanding such conviction is possible only if you have complete trust in me and are able to understand how the human psyche works. Studying the human psyche, a person hopes that it will submit to him some day without intervention from psychiatrists. But the understanding of the psyche is possible only when you know with certainty that you have no right to another person's psyche. Furthermore, an individual has no right to intrude upon the psyche at all; especially the way magicians, extrasensors, or hypnotists do, because it destroys the brain. Manipulating a person's psyche via mind control of any kind without this person's permission - especially at a distance - brings a break down and total devastation of the psyche for both the victim and the intruder. That is an axiom. Characteristically human consciousness builds its life based on free life-loving feelings. However the human psyche becomes dangerous and destructive when the brain is forced to receive electro-magnetic waves - thoughts - directed from the outside source by people implementing the mind control at a distance. What does it mean? For a long time people have studied the human brain and ways to affect it. The inner world is a place where an individual's thoughts and feelings are hidden from other people. In that privacy, a person thinks and feels. From multifaceted feelings thoughts are built that pass through the brain. There they form into information, which gets realized externally and internally. For example: a woman had a difficult childhood. She had no one to protect her from cruelty and injustice. From feelings of emotional pain experienced in childhood thoughts passed through her brain about how to help children suffering as much as she did. A plan formed in her brain to build shelters for abused children where they would be protected by the state. The woman worked with her friends and co-workers. Externally new houses were constructed for children who needed them; internally the woman's feelings were freed.
Freedom to think and build one's life according to this process enables a person to grow and develop.

Everyone has destructive inner fear that contains a variety of feelings. Those feelings are: vengeance, resentment, guilt, pain, envy, hatred, pity, jealousy, and sense of not having freedom. A person also has feelings that do not belong to fear such as love for nature, peace, and freedom. Depending on a feeling, desire occurs sending thoughts to the brain. For example: a man feels sorry for his friend. What kind of thoughts comes from this feeling? He is looking for ways to help his friend by examining different possibilities. Once the solution is found, he realizes it with his skill of persuasion. If the friend is unhappy with the advice the man hates himself and builds thoughts based on self-loathing cursing himself for his pity toward his friend. Pity and hatred have the same source - the fear. Another example: A person envies his relative's expensive car. What thoughts come from envy? To get the same car. He begins to build thoughts from this feeling and devises a plan.
In accordance with the Universal Consciousness everything submits to feelings that bear thoughts, which pass through the brain. Brain, in turn, processes and constructs thoughts into information to be realized in the future.
Another example: A man suffers from loss of a loved one. What kind of thoughts occurs from such a feeling? The man wants to silence his pain and builds thoughts accordingly. He buries himself in work completely so it would not leave time for anything else.
It is necessary to understand that fear of the inner world is destructive for human psyche, especially in cases when a person hides his bad actions from those close to him. He is terrified of exposure, because if it becomes known he would look as an awful person violating accepted rules of proper human behavior.

Example: A man and a woman met and became attracted to each other. However, they are from different social circles. He is a prominent educated man; she is an uneducated cleaning woman. One day, after she gave him a sign of being in love with him, he decided to confess his feelings to her. And then he saw her pleasantly talking with a young man of her own kind. The moment they were alone, the man outraged with jealousy raped the woman. In a haze he roamed the woods afterward. Her eyes full of pain and reproach haunted him. He cursed himself for what he has done and made up his mind to run away from her, despite their love for each other. He knew that what he has done was wrong, but in order to avoid her eyes, he was willing to do worse by fleeing their town forever.
This example demonstrates that the look in the eyes of his beloved represented to the man his banishment by the society, by people.
That is where a threat comes from for an individual, because he has to control himself at all times in order not to be found out by society. This fear breeds thoughts to have power over others in case one needs to use others' secrets for his own protection. The same fear causes a person to judge others justifying himself - "I would not do it... I would not forgive it... etc." It is important to know that an individual is incapable to forgive himself. Hiding his bad actions, he as a rule tries to run away from his past, since self-preservation is above all. This very fear forces a person to lie, therefore build defensive thoughts, which turn into self-destruction. His lie always hunts him and could result in schizophrenia, paranoia, and many other mental diseases that demolish human psyche entirely.
Hitler, I. Stalin, R. Reagan, as well as many others were sick with such fear. This fear pushes a person to create psychotronic warfare and use distance mind control for one purpose only - not to be found out by society. The foundation of human consciousness is such: you either live as a free person within multifaceted feelings of love, or live as a slave of your own fear of exposure.

As stated above, human psyche functions in this manner: a person experiences a feeling, which gives birth to thoughts to be processed and formed in the brain for external and internal realization. Now imagine what happens when the person's brain is invaded by someone with knowledge and skill to penetrate human brain with his own feelings for his own gain. Since the attack of the brain comes from the outside, the information in the head becomes obsessive and accompanied by hallucinations. In place of a person's own thoughts another person's feelings enter his brain and in attempt to be processed short-circuit and cause such fundamental damage of the psyche that gradually both people involved loose their mind artificially induced paranoia sets in.. For example: a married woman by the name of Tania could not have children, because her husband was sterile. She decided to use magic on a young man Nick who in her opinion was suitable to give her a child she wanted. The guy had no idea about her plans for him. Tania's desire combined with her reverence toward magic was supposed to penetrate Nick's brain. He had to submit to her will like a robot. Through conjurations Tania's feelings entered Nick's mind as she visualized him, made a clay doll, and carved on it with a knife "Nick + Tania". When Tania's husband left for a business trip, she asked Nick to repair something in her apartment. He came and quickly fixed what was broken. Tania invited him to stay for dinner and quietly put the doll under her bed. She fed him generously pouring wine with potion into his glass, showering him with complements and smiles. Nick allowed himself to be seduced into sleeping with her. During sex he experienced strange sensations and flashes of what he later would recognize as hallucinations. But the young man did not read too much into it, because he knew he had a lot to drink. In the morning he was the first to awaken; panicked that Tania's husband might show up, he got up and walked out leaving Tania sleeping. Soon Nick began to hallucinate and have obsessive thoughts about death. At the same time Tania developed severe headaches accompanied with fear that she is going to be killed. Nick's hallucinations made him irritable and aggressive. He was so agitated that in a casual conversation with a friend he felt provoked, started a fight, and accidentally killed his friend. Police sirens terrified him and attempting to escape going to jail, he plummeted to his death out of the tenth floor window. Meanwhile, Tania ended up in a terrible car accident that she barely survived.

In order to avoid being similarly affected in your brain, you must know how the psyche works and how harmful it is to those who dream to have power over someone's life for their personal gain and get away with it scot-free. Paranoia as psychotic disorder occurs not only as a result of witchcraft and magic. It also happens even in a more progressive form when a person - commonly in childhood - was terrorized with verbal threats of physical torture and death by a mentally sick individual. For example: A six-year-old girl is constantly told by her mentally ill older brother that he would cut her to pieces when she is asleep. Once left alone with her, the brother raped the girl. Parents found her unconscious; she was immediately hospitalized. The brother was placed into a mental institution. The girl regained consciousness and with it the memory of what happened. Unfortunately she did not know how to get rid of the terrible fear for her life. Hence she began to imagine another life for herself where she was safe. She created another reality for herself so vividly, that she no longer could come out of it. Time passed. The girl grew up, married. Years later she started having anxiety attacks.

Depending on an individual's organism, anxiety attacks caused by similar traumas may occur at any age, since there is no time exists within feelings. This disease can be cured if you know how the psyche works.
Healing exercise: With eyes closed mentally go back to the time when in your waking hours your life was in danger. You must cut that piece of your life out. Imagine cutting videotape of your life with a pair of scissors and reattaching the ends. More detailed instructions on how to do it you can find in the chapter "Secrets of human feelings". Now recall mentally created reality you escaped into. Continuing to do everything mentally, take your former self out of it as if with a vacuum cleaner and burn that image of yourself. At this point there is no more dangerous reality and no more reality of escape. There is only one reality now; no threat to your psyche exists anymore. Do that exercise if anxiety attacks occur. The disease will completely disappear.
Any person who does not recognize God and has inner fear might become a victim of those who know how to invade human brain. How does the psyche filtrate what is happening during such an attack:
I resist, because I do not wish to recognize this information.
I break myself forcefully in order to accept it.
I process this information and submit to it.

For the one who was invaded, everything appears so real that he thinks he is lead by his own consciousness. He begins to believe in his superiority to others thinking of himself as the chosen one. Such a person begins preaching to others, who in turn get infected with the believes and convictions of such a sick individual and become a part of the insanity.
For example: From the archives about personal life of Adolph Hitler was established that he was a pupil of a Tibetan master, who had an indescribable effect on him. Hitler also studied the work of E. Blavadskaya trying to conceive secrets of human psyche. It is well known that he had an exceptional ability to entrance his audience. Hitler had special laboratories for the development of a mind control device to make "obedient slaves". Such technology was created and later received a name "psychogenerator". The psychogenerator's function is a forceful takeover of a person's brain. Human experimentation for that weapon was revealed in documentaries presented during the Nuremberg Allied trials of war criminals.

The mentality of those who love to invade human brain contains a desire to wage wars. On global level psychogenerators are used for experimentation purposes. The main goal of this technology is war. In order to insure a successful outcome of the war, psychogenerators are used for control on leaders and warriors of targeted country.

It is imperative that you ask yourself: "Is the world peace possible, if wars are programmed by prophets with severe mental disorders, for example Nostradamus? A person is unable to solve problems of human psyche, when he is coming from fear that he has secrets to protect. Is it possible to conceal secrets pertaining to crimes committed? Could it be accomplished within the natural order of all things? No, because sooner or later the secrets are exposed, for the brain processes information, meaning thoughts, that come from feelings that have to be manifested no matter how skillfully they are hidden. There is another form of fear: to show artificially that you are insane in order to achieve the desired result or, to put it simply, to use the psyche as a weapon. People often imitate insanity for self-serving purposes. For example: to pretend being mad to avoid going to prison for murder. Everyone is afraid of outward expression of insanity. Afraid and certain that no one ever will be capable of unraveling the mystery of human psyche. In actuality, the psyche has a reality that even psychiatrists do not suspect. The human brain is designed to make realistic - to materialize - all that it processed by filtering information in its introduced form. In other words, since feelings do not lie, the truth is always manifested externally. For example: a woman found out that her husband has a child with his former lover. She was scared by the news, because she married her husband only for his money. In his eight-year-old son she saw a threat to her plans. After giving it some thought, the woman found the boy and told him that John - her husband - was not his father. The boy, whose mother never told him the truth, knew nothing about it. However, when the angry lady left he said to himself: " It's true, oh my God, John is my father!" How did that happen, if she specifically informed the boy that John is not his father? Her feelings of fear gave birth to thoughts that now she has no right to all of her husband's money. Her brain processed these thoughts and formed a plan to deceive the child. Though her goal was to get all the money, her feelings knew she did not have the rights and despite her desire, the psyche gave out the information of the truth. The boy felt a lie and made a correct conclusion. The brain can be defined as an unmerciful weapon against falsehood. Another example: a teacher gave two friends an assignment to make a report on Ancient Rome. Mary was a very good student and Cathy was not. Mary felt superior to Cathy believing her unworthy of such an assignment. She was angry with Cathy but did not say anything. The girls completed their presentation in front of the class, received high praises, and good grades, when Cathy exploded with tears and yelled at Mary: "You are mean and sneaky! You are not my friend!" Mary was shocked. She could not understand how did Mary know her secret. This example demonstrates that a person always senses feelings directed at him or her.

An example: a middle-aged woman enjoys meditating and attending spiritual workshops. Her husband views her interests with great skepticism. Once at a party he decided to show off his knowledge of occult studies. He began to talk about meditation and ancient spiritual masters. He was instantly interrupted and verbally attacked. It was a miracle the husband avoided a fist -fight. Knowing how the human psyche works, what took place is not difficult to explain. The feelings of a skeptic husband that his wife's spiritual growth is nonsense gave birth to thoughts. Thoughts were processed through the brain to form a conclusion: "My wife wastes her time; no normal person would listen to such things." Those very thoughts and feelings were expressed to him out loud.
Words have an effect on the human psyche. For example: A man went to the doctor's office. The last in line, he devises a plan to deceive the doctor and be seen before other people. He storms into the room moaning: "Don't you see I am about to pass out? Why do you make me wait in line?" Taking into consideration the man's disease, the doctor believes his words and attends to him immediately. The doctor's credence given to his patient's behavior becomes more real than the lie of the patient. The brain receives information and filtrates it in accordance with the principals of the Universal Consciousness. Shortly after the visit the patient feels ill for real and blames doctors for his ailment.
There is a type of fear called "Heroin Magic" that has a great effect on the human psyche. Its goal is to create an impression of something that does not really exist. To achieve such a goal, a person usually uses gossip, half true - half false, or completely false information. An individual that employs such fear as "Heroin Magic" as a rule suffers from psychotic attacks. A person who is mentally unstable as a result of heavy drug or alcohol use - even if not on permanent basis - begins to hear voices that he perceives as real conversations. A bad person seeks a way to benefit from that information. Let's use such a person as an example. In this case the voices spoke very negatively about his good acquaintances, the Smiths, people of whom he only heard nice things. The person is unable to keep the news to himself but at the same time he takes great pleasure in saying nasty things about them. And so it begins... Our man obsessively retells everybody he meets: his colleges, neighbors, friends, and relatives what the voices told him but insists that police informed him about it. Despite his mental disorder that forces him to doubt whether or not the voices spoke to him at all, the man purposely uses an accepted source of authority, in this case, police to give credence to his story, so people would believe him. However to the Smiths' face he says only good things about them. Then where is he real? He is real in both cases, because inside he has split personalities.

Thee is real danger to human life from the information received by the brain as a result of a deliberate lie. In this case the brain accepts electromagnetic waves - thoughts - that carry destruction and death. How does it happen? A human being has a tendency to protect himself. He always contemplates ways to avoid provoking aversion to his persona. He carefully considers his behavior and purposely tries not to offend another person so that another person would not turn against him. The desire to appear better than he is causes distortion in a person's brain. Consequently his perception of people and the way they respond to him are also distorted. He may believe that people admire him when in reality they feel indifferent or repulsed. When out of fear to be rejected, a person artificially creates a better impression of himself than is due, the psyche processes this information and sooner or later the truth will surface and somebody will throw it in his face: "You are not the person you claim to be." As a rule it occurs when a person forgets about his fear to be rejected. The blow from this exposure may lead to such diseases as Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroses, etc.

Fear is a feeling capable of developing in a person any convictions not related to his self-disclosure. People think that diseases occur due to the environment, weather, infections, accidents, stress at work and at home. Caring for their loved ones people feel forced to lie, because of the conviction that the truth can kill; that is why a lie has become the source of righteousness. An insignificant lie does not threaten those who always tell the truth. A fundamental lie justifies those who want to do good for people. A lie is used in the name of good, truth is distorted in the name of evil, for at the root of both is fear. During the Inquisition people hid their convictions so deeply, forbidding themselves any dangerous thoughts. In some instances they lost control and said the things they were afraid to think. It occurred because of fear born inside those people from a desire to conceal the vengeance towards those who had power over them. And that fear could be manifested for a person as an internal prison destroying him with diseases or as external prison, when a person behaves rash unable to suppress his hatred.

In order to get rid of the internal fear it is necessary to understand the system of its disappearance. Imagine a tiny dot, which grows in size due to humiliation, hatred, disappointment, insult, and sorrow eventually becoming a huge black cloud. This cloud is internal fear that threatens your organism with a catastrophe. For example: an 8-year-old boy was offended when someone told him that physically as a male he was abnormally underdeveloped. He hid his hurt very deeply and never told anyone, instead he decided to dedicate his life to studying poisons in order to administer justice against representatives of evil. The need to satisfy his pain with the destruction of others, brought him at the age of 30 to serve in an organization where he could legally involve himself in any type of activity for the good of society. Throughout the course of his career, he kept a diary describing all the difficulties on his journey to the outstanding achievements. People interested in his life published his biography based on the diary unaware that his true face and purpose could not be found in his discoveries but in the past of an 8-year-old boy.

Similar situations pertain to people who dedicated their lives to science, religions, politics, and all other spheres.
Fear is not the only type of feeling that is experienced by a human being. There is also Love, which is complex and multifaceted feeling consisting of great many feelings. The main feelings of Love are peace, confidence, joy, delight, and internal freedom. Love is a feeling that came to a person from God or as it may be said differently the Universal Consciousness. Every human being at certain times experiences such feelings. For example: When a person climbs to the top of the mountain and looking around screams loudly: "Oh-ho-ho-ho-ho..." The person is overwhelmed with happiness because of his unity with nature. He feels free like a bird. From feelings of joy thoughts passing through the brain give out the information without distortion: "I feel so good now." In a case like this the psyche is not destructive and does not threaten a person with diseases; there is no need for protection. Another example: A person is sitting on the beach by the ocean. The sound of crushing waves caresses his ears and brings peace. Thoughts entering the brain form into conclusion: "Oh, the ocean calms me so." This feeling does not carry any destruction either, just the opposite - it brings relaxation.

An authority on earth is the determining factor for a person’s direction in life and social standing. A person’s intention to create the right reputation for himself in society, forces him to compromise with himself, hence hide his true face. Society has its laws to serve truth and justice. Out of fear to be banished by society, a person develops duality and conceals his negative sides presenting himself as useful and needed by his peers. Due to this duality a person becomes a liar. Once a liar he acquires terrible vices and becomes capable of adulation, slander, blackmail, impudence, and immorality. Such defects born of fear to be exposed make a person see the world as unjust and meaningless place where unlawfulness flourishes in all its manifestations. Society made up of such people will always be filled with lies, slander, blackmail, and mockery of those who in actuality recognize truth and justice. A person who lives a life of duplicity, meaning lives a lie, is susceptible to being humiliated and scorn by people around him. For example: A man flatters his boss, praises her honesty and intelligence, but behind her back tells his wife and acquaintances just the opposite about his boss. In order for her not find him out as a liar, he controls himself in her presence, demonstrating that he is a man of principals and integrity. The man is oblivious to people speaking of him badly behind his back. But as soon as he finds out that others see him as a liar and a fool, he feels humiliated and crushed. He hates everyone who unraveled him. Such exposure causes a powerful emotional explosion, which leads to a variety of diseases. However, a person does not relate his being found out to his diseases and continues to flatter for his self-serving purposes. Guaranteeing his life’s safety by flattery, the person acquires a secret whose goal is to gain trust at any cost. Yet constant tension of controlling his words and actions will inevitably lead the person to ruin and discovery by people.

The goals of society on earth are based on the concept “Truth in the name of good”. But for society to be real and powerful in its good, it is imperative for every person to know how to get rid of fear within. The duality that takes place in a person creating two or more faces does not allow an individual to see the world the way it is - a beautiful creation of the consciousness, a place full of love toward life that grants the freedom and happiness in harmony with the person’s self. It is not the way it appears to the one who is under constant strain to look right. For example: a man has two faces one of a family man, another of a debauchee and swindler; a woman has two faces one of an honest and righteous person, another of a liar and a thief; a man has two faces one of a soft-spoken and kind man, another of a sadist and blackmailer; etc.

Society teaches people from early childhood on to be good. But in order to live and do good, a person needs to have one face. Then he will become the way the society that lives in the name of good demands of him. For that there is no need to argue who is right and who is wrong. It is enough to say to yourself: “What is a life of a person with one face all about?” After that an interest will awaken to understand the complexity of feelings that let you be yourself. In today’s society not every person can be himself. The one who does not have only one face artificially creates himself a reputation of a truly good man for his descendants. Nonetheless, the human psyche is so designed that the truth necessarily comes out. Then the descendants suffer with hatred and loathing for those liars they learned to respect and be proud of, all of which causes them to lose faith in justice and power of good. To avoid such occurrences in life, a person needs to learn the secrets of human feelings. Only when a person examines and sorts out his own inner world, the spiritual revolution helping him to live in society for the purpose of good with one face begins. Evil is a person living in fear of being discovered for his bad actions that society condemns. Good is the person that lives without distorting himself by false pretenses.
Look at yourselves through the eyes of my truth and you will find salvation for yourselves and your children. Do not be afraid to say to yourself: “I am a part of society that struggles for the power of good to prevail and blossom; I will do anything to learn how to get rid of fear for my former deeds that interferes with my being myself.” Only then can a person reach the freedom he dreamed about all of his life. He will attain true faith in the power of good.

People often ask themselves questions: " Has anyone really seen flying saucers? If the aliens exist, what is the point for them to hide from people? If aliens do not really exist, who is behind those rumors?"
Heightened interest in other worlds and civilizations prompts the curious to seek answers in the works of ancient philosophers who tried the best they could to explain different occurrences taking place in their time. In order to prove UFOs in our time it is not enough to study ancient history and philosophy. Valid proof is necessary to convince a person in a reality of Higher Alien Intelligence. Such proof, people believe, could only be at disposal of the Governmental structures that are responsible for the continuation of life on the earth.
Let us look into the future. Supposedly, the Governmental circles found out that the UFOs are real. What could they do to the Higher Alien Intelligence? Only observe and study. Science Fiction? No! Is a human being capable, for instance, to prevent the aliens' flight to the earth? What gives people the right to insist that no Alien Intelligence exists? The proof of life's non-existence on the moon?

Let us look into the past. During the time of the Inquisition, hundreds of years before man went into space, Galileo proved the Copernican theory that the earth moves around the sun. The Inquisition prohibited his knowledge in those times, but descendants recognized him as right. Where did Galileo draw his knowledge from? Uniting two worlds in which a person lives - external and internal - Galileo without distortion received the information from the Universal Consciousness. He titled his scientific studies "Dialogues". If you want to learn how Galileo received his knowledge, say to yourself: "I can grasp not only what I see and hear around me but also inside, where there laws and rules of the inner world." For that it is imperative to unite the feelings of the inner world where no one beside you sees and hears what you are thinking about with the outer world where people see and speak out loud. The bond and recognition of two worlds as one reality will give you an opportunity to receive information from the Universal Consciousness and become convinced that it is real. Pay attention to spiritual people who renounce the external world and recognize only the internal one. For example: the Buddhist monks. Their appearance proves that they are indifferent to the reality of the world around them.

Therefore, the information they perceive about how the world is designed is unavoidably distorted. You must not disown the external world based on seeing its imperfection in people if you study your internal world; and you must not do the opposite, by rejecting the internal world recognizing only the external one. Both worlds external and internal have to be joined into one reality. Only then life will acquire true meaning and a person will conceive the secret of the Higher Consciousness. Uniting both worlds - external and internal - into one reality, a human being will be able to communicate telepathically with other worlds without any risk to his psyche and learn not to judge those to whom this knowledge is yet unattainable. In such a case a person can comprehend the wisdom and information from the Universal Consciousness that grants freedom and happiness - in both literal and figurative sense of those words - without the feeling of superiority over others; such a person can step on a higher level of human evolution.

Many people are interested in a science that would enable them to create genetically identical
people. Yet no one realizes that they are driven to such experiments only by emotional pain that
gives birth to incurable diseases. Acute interest to cloning makes scientists see only living cells.
Still these cells can make possible the existence of human copies just as capable of murder and
destruction of others for their own crimes. In order to preserve life on earth, it is not enough to
engage in scientific studies on human cloning, which may lead to serious consequences and finally

woman must give birth - and the psyche carries out the writers' dreams into life. For example: A
science fiction film "Paradox" shows a future where people in 21 century can change their gender by
procedures offered in medical facilities.

Often knowledge acquired by scientists in the process of technological progress is utilized
for personal gain but presented as an act of saving mankind. Politicians that dream to seize power
stand behind scientists. Their interest in science is based on big profits to be made from the
inventions' sales. Analysts should not be trusted either when they claim that science plays a
deciding role in solving problems of mankind. As soon as people understand the human psyche, the
scientists' need to realize desires that threaten humanity with annihilation will vanish. The
problems of mankind are to be decided only by the Universal Consciousness capable of handling any
task directed at preservation of life for the good of humanity. It must not be believed that the
Universal Consciousness does not exist, because people are able to realize their desires but to
correct what they created and save themselves - not always. For example: Andrey Saharov was called
Russian Father of a Hydrogen Bomb. After accomplishing that goal, he dedicated the rest of his days
to the destruction of his creation.

It is no secret that people sometimes imitate others when they unite in holy matrimony. As soon as
one girl gets married, the rest of her girlfriends start nagging their boyfriends to get married
immediately.

Parents often choose spouses for their children in accordance with their ancestral customs.
They often exhibit the superiority complex taking credit for knowing better what their children need
for happiness. It may lead to grave consequences - everyone knows the story of Romeo and Juliet and
their struggle with the feuding families. Observing the lives of certain families it is easy to see
how parents on both sides are to blame for problems in the young couples' marriages.
Arranging their financial affairs with the use of authority and life experience, parents often
disregarded their children's feelings by insisting on a profitable marriage. Misalliances, the
unsuitable marriages, have existed throughout times causing people suffering and torment. For an
example: A rich old man takes a young girl from a good family but without a dowry to be his bride; a
wealthy middle-aged woman marries a young educated man; etc. Unsuitable marriages have been ruining
people's lives for centuries, driving the miserable ones to betrayal and, in some instances, crimes.
Sexual relationships in such unions have compelled spouses to have lovers and given rise to an
insatiable desire to take vengeance on everyone out of pain.

Unsuitable marriages gave birth to a certain type of a family that subsequently acquired an
additional meaning to an Italian word MAFIA. Take notice of how people are afraid of Mafia, they see
danger there that makes them fear for their lives. However, Mafia didn't come from nowhere. It was
preceded by the events of internecine wars. Mafia began its existence from a conspiracy within a
family. Conspiracy can be defined as a secret whose actions force a person to feel danger when
someone is maliciously scheming against him behind his back.

For an example: A family consisting of a mother, father, daughter, and son was discussing
that it was time for the daughter to get married. The mother prepared a suitable dowry for her
daughter Rita in hope that the young man Gregory, whom she was dating, would marry her. Rita's
parents considered him a good prospect with money and statue. Gregory's widowed mother also saw
profit in this marriage, because she believed Rita to be a rich bride. The desired deal became a
reality. Rita got pregnant and Gregory married her. To the great disappointment of the widowed
mother, Rita did not bring the expected big money to her new home. Harboring a deep grudge against
her daughter - in - law's family, she began to turn her son against his wife. Gradually Gregory
began to feel aversion toward Rita and dreaming about a divorce started cheating on her with her
girlfriend Helen. When Rita became pregnant with the second child, Gregory, who had no plans to have
any new addition to the family, demanded an abortion. He threatened and blackmailed Rita insisting
that she gave in: "Choose, it is either I or the child!" To which Rita responded: "I choose the
child!" Gregory left Rita for good. His dream came true. Rita was raising two children with the help
of her parents. A few years passed, she met Albert and they fell in love. However, as a son - in -
law Albert did not suit Rita's parents, because his son from the first marriage lived with him. Rita
did not meet Albert's parents' requirements either, since her second child was born without her
husband's agreement. The young couple had a friend Valentina who saw true love between them and
suggested that they should get married. Aware that both sets of parents would not like such a union,
Rita and Albert were married secretly. When families of the newly-weds learned about it, their wrath
fell upon Valentina; they hated and blamed her for ruining their children's lives. The conspiracy
was now on against Valentina. Joined by a mutual purpose, both families got in touch with people who
for a particular sum of money promised to punish Valentina. Since she became the target, the newly
married couple stopped sensing danger and began to live happily. And Valentina, who wished happiness
to the two lovebirds, ended up a victim.

The conclusion: when the mafia's plans fall, no one within the family gets blamed. That is
why many people prefer not to get involved with the affairs of others. Nevertheless, the children's
lives do not become happier or more joyful from that.
Another example: There lived a family with two children. Making plans for the future, the parents
imagined the kind of daughter-in-law and son-in-law they would have. However, their son Paul found a
young woman Ann who did not at all fit the parental mental image. Criticizing behind their son's
back their future daughter-in-law, the parents did not take into account that the daughter would
side with her brother and his fiancé and tell them what was being said. Paul announced that he would
break up with them if they did not accept Ann. Ann told her parents what happened, they became
offended for their daughter and also objected to the marriage. Despite parental displeasure on both
sides, Paul and Ann did get married. They had a child. Paul's parents constantly judged their
daughter-in-law pointing her faults out to Paul. Eventually the conspiracy of Paul's parents against
Ann began taking its toll on the relationship of the young couple. They started having fights. Ann's
parents felt sorry for their daughter and blamed Paul. From the invisible conspiracy by both sets of
parents feelings of tender love between Paul and Ann started to disappear. Irritation and
disappointment set in in its place. Paul decided that his parents were right in regard to his
marriage. Yet the fault lay with the conspiracy of his mother and father, who together wished for
Paul their imagined happiness.

Every person understands happiness for one's children differently. Nonetheless, children
have the right to their own happiness. If parents recognize that, children can truly appreciate them

In order to prevent the reverse process of the earth heating up again and turning into the sun, the Universal Consciousness created favorable climatic conditions for the formation of human consciousness. People have to enjoy their lives and not live in hell. However for that to happen, they need to know about the harmful effect of the inner fear on the human organism. As soon as a person becomes completely free from the fear within, she begins to be a part of the Universal Consciousness and changes occur in her life.

Recognition of the Higher Consciousness by many people has been well publicized by press, radio, and television; many books were published about it. In order to feel that you are a part of the Higher Consciousness it is not enough to believe in predictions and visions. Every person dreams about love. But when love comes a person is happy and unhappy at the same time. It happens because a person often lies to his feelings, trying to convince himself and everyone around that love has come to him. For an example: A 20-year-old Helen is courted by a handsome young man Leo. She is very flattered that all her girlfriends envy her for having such a gorgeous guy. Leo proposed marriage to her and Helen gladly agreed. During the wedding ceremony, she felt something tightening inside her and thought: "Why am I marrying this man?" Quickly driving the thought away, out loud she said to her guests: "This is the happiest day of my life!" Time passed. Helen and Leo had a baby girl. On the outside everything in the family was well, but Helen felt lonely and unhappy. When her daughter turned 17, Helen met another man and fell head over hills in love. She was in heaven, for the first time in her life she was happy. When Helen mentioned divorce, her daughter became outraged and said she was going with her father. Helen did not leave her husband out fear to lose her daughter. Unhappy, she hated everyone for her fate.

Many people get married without love; they do it consciously for fear of being alone. Their decision: "I want to have a child for myself" justifies it for them. You must never lie to your soul, even if fear of being alone threatens to freeze you. Try to find your happiness.

Imagine that everyone marries for love and the feeling never dies away. Children born from that kind of love feel that they are very happy. Striving for such union between a husband and wife is extremely important for the family. When two people married to each other have feelings of true love for one another, their happiness is limitless. It was a miracle Ray came out of it alive. To their mutual astonishment, Ray and Rita suddenly understood that they truly loved each other.
Many people believe in love at first sight. Yet the love at first sight also might perish and leave bitterness behind. Let us reflect on it. There are people who are beautiful but cold; there are people who are not good-looking but charming, and there are people that others say about: "She has a beautiful soul." It is very important to know about the human soul. The soul gets wounded in childhood when a youngster is shaping into a person by observing how adults act. Far from all adults behave the way they teach their children. Disappointment deals a painful blow to the child, wounding him and causing him to take a bad road in life in defiance of his parents. This happens because the negative energy of parental fights - harmful for the health - invisibly passes into the children. For an example: Parents, who never argue in the presence of their daughter, are upset over her poor health. They keep saying: "Why is our little girl so weak and always does not feel good?" In order not to traumatize their child, they deal with each other in their bedroom. The husband punishes the wife for criticizing him about something he said earlier and demonstratively turns away from her in bed. The destructive energy coming from their thoughts shifts into their daughter. Two days later the child gets sick.

To avoid such occurrences, it is necessary to do a mental exercise and like a piece of videotape cut out the past where arguments and resentment provoked revenge and war. Afterward, recall the best moments of your life. Do not laugh at your children's feelings. They are the extension of your feelings. If parents live peacefully with love and respect for each other, their children will feel that love and will pass similar feelings on to their children. True love comes from a person who has one face and lives without a war.
